Insurance is easy to buy. Claims are hard. We built for the hard part.
Most insurance platforms are built around purchase - comparisons, discounts and checkout. The moment that actually matters comes later: a hospital admission, an accident, a damaged home or a family's hardest day. Healthysure built its operating experience by servicing those moments for organisations across India, and MITRA brings that claims-first model to individuals and families. Every eligible MITRA policy comes with a dedicated human claim expert, while advisors are measured on fit and claim outcomes rather than pressure-led selling.

How we earn - and why the advice stays free
MITRA earns the standard regulated commission from insurers when an eligible policy is issued. The customer does not pay an added advisory or claim-support fee. MITRA is an intermediary, not an insurer, and does not decide claims. MITRA is run by insurance advisors, claim specialists, healthcare operators, product builders and engineers. Healthysure is registered with the IRDAI under Licence No. CA0785 and works across health, life, home and cyber insurance.
